We are deeply motivated by the Great Commission and believe every follower of Christ has a part to play. For some it will be the other side of the world while for others it will be the other side of the cubicle or across the factory line. Simple obedience leads to some being sent out to the Ends-of-the-Earth and to others making disciples among their co-workers, neighbors, friends, and family. Our primary local outreach strategy is each member reaching out to their sphere of influence (Oikos). The Gospel spreads most rapidly along relational lines, and this allows for a natural transition into discipling relationships. We also set aside some time each Wednesday evening to engage our community door-to-door. We use a variety of different cultural approaches, but the core message of the Gospel and the focus on each person reaching their sphere of influence remains consistent..
